Warranty

We've been supplying electric quads and ride-ons for a number of years with an approach built on high-quality parts and excellent customer service, giving us the confidence to offer a 12-month parts warranty and lifetime support to all of our customers as standard.

Fitting of parts – ECO RIDER will supply and post the replacement parts to you free of charge within the 12 months warranty period and offer you free telephone support to help you fit the parts.

We do offer a repair service also, which if the item falls within the warranty guidlines, you are welcome to return the product and we will repair or fit new parts FREE OF CHARGE (The cost of returns to/from us is covered by the customer).

NB. The 12 months warranty does not support the return of the product or the battery pack supplied (battery warranty is 3 months).

Why is my Quad not turning on?

Is the battery fully charged? Check the trip switch located underneath the seat. Check the main fuse on the LHS of the quad next to the 4WD switch. Wiggle the key in the ignition barrel to see if the power has a loose connection.

Why is my battery not charging?

Check the charging light is illuminating on the charger. Check the trip switch located underneath the seat. Check the main fuse on the LHS of the quad next to the 4wd switch.

Why doesn't my Quad drive when I twist the throttle?

Check brake levers as they have electric cut-out switches, this stops any power to the motor if the brake is engaged and will stop the vehicle from moving. Ensure the battery is fully charged and the LCD monitor is illuminating.

Why is my quad stopping and starting on rough terrain?

Check whether the brake light switches are not engaging and the power is cut out. Is the brake lever applied? Check to see if the rear brake light is on. Check ignition barrel is turning on & off correctly. Check all connections are firmly connected.

My wheels are pointing in different directions, how do I straighten them?

Straighten the handlebars and adjust the track-rod arms at front of the quad to align the wheels or very slightly towing in and then tighten the nuts on the track rods.

Why does the air pressure in my tyres keep going down?
