Excellent service, always so helpful
EcoRider staff were top rate helping me identify problem with Explorer Quad and arranged delivery of new battery pack with great speed. The battery pack is monsterously heavy (5×12 volt batteries in one bag) and difficult to extract/replace, but all done eventually and tips from staff about manoevering the pack were helpful.
